i bpught a 2007 hundai elantra and refered a friend to do the same i was supposed to get a referal check for my friend buying the car in 2 weeks well it took for months and i finally reported them to the bbb and my check was in my hand within a week. hundai offers a towing package free for 5 years or as long as you own the car i had a tire blow out and had it towed through hundai after pleading with the manager and another complaint to the bbb i was given a new tire for free well recently my clutch burnt out at this time my wife was having contractions so i called hundais towing service and the told me i had exceded my towing privilages for the five years. with 1 TOW so i had to use another towing service i luckliy had well the warranty says the clutch is covered if its less than a year and the car has less than 12,000 miles on it well its been 9 months and the car has 11,800 they refuse to fix my vehicle and they were so rude to my wife they made her cry so ive made four bbb complaints on them 1 for the service guy named RAY being unprofessional automax for unprofessionalism the hndai rep for refusing to speak to use and hundai for refusing to fix a car under their warranty i am a soldier in the us army all these people do is try to screw us service men and woman i will never buy anything from them again. however when im in the area ill walk in and get food at their snack bar since its free so to them i say screw off. 129258b

I took the car in to have the cv joints replaced and to find out why the battery light kept coming on. I was taking a trip to NC and I made the mistake of letting them know my husband was deployed. So, after being told it would be 200 for that and for them to fill the fluids I get a call they now wanted to do 1500 dollars of work I told them no to fix what was asked. they refused after waiting 2 days I was here alone with no car. I went to pick it up got half way home the car was out of coolant I could have blown my car up. I went back that night threw keys the works. They pull another on me and gave me a rental car. Blaming it all on the fact my car that ran just fine before they got it was old(9  and rusted frame blah blah blah. I drive the car to nc and it broke down 3 times because of the belt coming off due to the fact that when they pushed my "rusted" frame down to put the radiator in that "i just had to have" caused coolant to leak on my belt and come off.....so screw them. I know it is there fault and they just keep getting away with it. Now every time i ride by there I think yep the new car you tried to sale me well you owe me one now! |

(Higher than normal interest rate, excessive gap insurance charges, inflated make-ready charges, etc...It took over two months to get my car tags from them.) Their entire staff are unprofessional and unorganized. Don't even get me started about how bad their service department is..... |
